Ian Hunter

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ian Terrance Hunter of Summerfield, NB who passed away on Monday, September 28, 2015 at the Upper River Valley Hospital after a lengthy illness.

He was born in Woodstock NB on August 17, 1973. Ian leaves his wife Angela and step children Dustin and Kiaya, his parents Terry & Suzanne Hunter, Grandparents Gertrude Chase of Stickney, Kathleen & Malcolm Hunter of Riverbank, sister Billie McIntosh (Michael) of Mint Hill NC, nieces Kennedy, Terry, & Ryan McIntosh and Nephew Sawyer McIntosh, Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Predeceased by his grandfather Douglas Chase and nephew Jacob McIntosh.

In recent years Ian's failing health prevented him from doing some of the things he enjoyed. One of his favourite things to do was 4-wheeling. He also enjoyed canoeing, camp fires, visiting with family and friends, going to the movies and eating out.

Visitation will be held at L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville - Bristol from 4-8 on Wednesday, September 30, 2015. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1. 2015 at 11:00 am from the Florenceville Baptist Church. Rev. Michael Palmer will officiate. Interment will be in the Hunter Cemetery.
