Travis E. Adams

On Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton, Travis Edward Adams of McAdam and formerly of Perth Andover went home to be with his Lord and Savior. Born January 1, 1939 in McAdam he was the son of the late Thomas and Doris (Scott) Adams. He was also predeceased by his son, Travis Adams (Duska); 1 brother, Clarence and 6 sisters, Pearl, Arlene, Edna Belle, Phyllis, Sandra Lee and Joanne.
Travis is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Shirley; 4 children, Walter LaKing (Holly), Angel Kilcollins (Mark), Shirley Watson (D. J.) and Donnie Adams (Hilary); 15 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Christina LaKing "Teenie"; 1 brother, Arnold Adams (Gloria); as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Visitation will be held from the Voice of Pentecost Church, McAdam on Monday, July 11, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm and at Calvary Tabernacle, Perth Andover on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at 2:00 pm from Calvary Tabernacle, Perth Andover. Rev. D.T. Ferrell will officiate. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. For those who wish donations made to Hillcrest Cemetery or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated. L.R.
