Margaret A. Trevors

The death of Margaret "Margie" Ann Trevors of Florenceville occurred suddenly on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB. Born April 28, 1945 in Saint John, NB she was the daughter of the late Timothy and Kathleen (Cullen) Collins. She was also predeceased by 1 infant daughter, Christina Mary Trevors.

Margaret trained as a nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital in Saint John. Her life was committed to service. She was a committed wife and mother first, known as Margie, Mom and Nana. Margie and her husband Joe were a great team and complimented one another. She and her husband were lifetime members of the Kinsmen and Kinettes and she was also a member of the Anglican Church Women at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Florenceville.Margie is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Joseph; 4 children, Jennifer Trevors (Dawson) of Cross Lake, MB, Kathleen Trevors McLean (Brian) of Florenceville-Bristol, NB, Colleen Sweet (Randall) of Vancouver, BC and Joseph Trevors Jr. (Susan) of Florenceville-Bristol, NB; 11 grandchildren, Chase McLean, Keaton McLean, Melkala Trevors, Christian McLean, Maddason Trevors, Alana Trevors, Carley Sweet, Charlie McLean, Caylen McLean, Kami McLean and Mowat Sweet; 1 brother, David Collins (Judith) of Sussex, NB; 1 sister in Law, Joan Hodgson of Vancouver, BC; 2 brothers in law, Merl Trevors (Judith) of Ottawa, ON and Winston Trevors (Joan) of Miramichi, NB as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 from 4-8 pm. A funeral service will be held Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 2:00 pm from the Church of the Good Shepherd, Florenceville. The Rev. Robert LeBlanc will officiate. Interment will be held in the Florenceville Community Cemetery. For those who wish donations made to the Church of the Good Shepherd or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
