Doris M. Kinney

Doris Marjorie Kinney, age 83 of Tilley, passed away peacefully with her family at her side at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Perth Andover on October 24, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Josephine Davidson and Tom Oates. She was also predeceased by her husband, Donald Kinney; 3 sons, Fredric, David and Thomas; 1 sister, Juanita May.

Doris will be lovingly remembered by her 2 sons, Eric Kinney (Sheila) of Tilley and Ronald Kinney (Darlene) of Burton; 4 grandchildren, Tasha, Erica, Michael and Travis; 7 great grandchildren, Madison, Megan, Kasha, Ava, Emma, Nash and Zoey; 3 sisters, Margie, Edna and Kathy; 2 brothers, Lewis and James; 1 sister in law, Viola Metheral as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be held from the Lerwick Free Will Baptist Church, Tilley on Thursday, October 27, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 2:00 pm from the church. For those who wish donations made to Lerwick Cemetery Fund or Victoria County SPCA. L.R.
