Florence E. McLaughlin

Florence Ethel McLaughlin of Florenceville Bristol passed away on Friday, June 16, 2017 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville. She was born March 15, 1928 and was the daughter of the late William and Nellie Elliott. she was predeceased by three husbands, Caldwell Hatheway, Erlin McDougal, Thomas McLaughlin; son Carl (Barb) Hatheway; five grandchildren; sons-in-law, Michael Doughty, Edward Pottie, Lawrence Foster; and a brother, Henry Elliott.

Florence is survived by her children, Diana (John) Sutherland, Deborah (David) Moore, Susan Pottie, Judy (Howard) Daye, Cindy (David) Parent; 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Road, Florenceville-Bristol from 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be on Monday, the 19th, at 1:00 p.m. from the funeral home chapel with Pastor John McMullin and Landi Piper officiating.
