James W. Ball

The death of James William Ball of Saint John occurred on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born May 6, 1946 in Royalton, NB he was the son of the late William and Marion (Smith) Ball. He was also predeceased by 3 siblings, Joanne MacDonald, Hazel Shurtleff and Willis Ball.

James is survived by 1 sister, Geraldine Ball; 1 brother in law, Evans MacDonald; 8 nieces and nephews, Terry MacDonald (Ruth), Larry MacDonald (Pat), Charles MacDonald (Peggy), Cindy DeMerchant (Tom), Shawn York (Mitchell), Charlene Picha, Johnny Shurtleff and Buddy Shurtleff (Mary) as well as many great nieces and great nephews.

Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from 1-3 pm. The interment will be held in St. Columba Cemetery, Fredericton Junction on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 11am.
