Carl Smith

The death of Carl Emsley Smith of Greenfield occurred on Friday, June 27, 2014 at the Upper River Valley Hospital. Born October 12, 1940 he was the son of the late Emsley and Dorothy (Lunn) Smith. He was also predeceased by his loving wife Violet May Smith (nee Miles).

Carl is survived by his sons, Danny (Shelly) Smith of Cobourg, Ontario, Larry (Diedra) Smith of Kitchener, ON ; grandchildren, Myles Smith, Luke Smith, Matthew Smith, Joel Smith, Hannah Smith, 1 uncle Marshall Smith (Nina), several cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd, Florenecville-Bristol on Monday, June 30, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 from the Knoxford Praying Band Church at 11:00 am. Rev Andy DeRier will officiate. Interment will be in the River De Chute Cemetery.
