Gertrude G. Feeney

The death of Gertrude Geraldine Feeney of Bath occurred on Monday, September 29, 2014 at her home, surrounded by her family. Born January 23, 1934 in Bath, she was the daughter of the late Lambert and Mary (Connors) Holleran. She was also predeceased by 1 grandson, Eric; 1 daughter in law, Brenda; 1 brother, Francis Holleran and 1 sister, Mona White; 1 brother in law, Edward Keenan; 1 sister in law, Barb Holleran

Gertrude is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Leo; 7 children, John Feeney (Debbie), Madonna Globe (Paul), Allen Feeney (Brenda) (deceased), Steven Feeney, Joanne Feeney, Lisa Sewell (Geoff) and Joe Feeney (Vicki); 10 grandchildren, Rob, Laura, Eric (Deceased) Sarah, Christopher, Steven, Timothy, Emma, Burke and Sean; 8 siblings, Lois Keenan, Edward Holleran, Laurence Holleran (Mary Ellen), Rita Richardson (Dennis), Joseph Holleran (Joyce), Charlie Holleran (Dianna), Arthur Holleran (Cindy) and Walter Holleran (Suzanne); 1 brother in law Gilbert White; 1 sister in law, Mary Holleran as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 11:00 am from St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Bath. Fr. Owen Burns as celebrant. Interment will be in the Johnville Cemetery.
