James Stewart

The death of James Patterson Stewart formerly of Upper Wicklow and Bristol occurred on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at River View Manor, Bath. Born February 19, 1923 in Ireland he was the son of the late William John Stewart Sr. and May (Harris) Stewart. He was also predeceased by 4 siblings, William John Stewart Jr. and Richard Stewart, Florence Bartlett and Sheila Buchanan.

James is survived by his sister, Isabel Craig; 5 nieces, Barbara, Rose, Marilyn, Susan and May; 6 nephews, Robert, Richard, Alvin, Terry, Alan and John as well as several great nieces and great nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol. A funeral service will be held Friday, February 13, 2015 at 2:00 pm from the L.R. Giberson Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Robert LeBlanc will officiate. Interment will be in St. George's Anglican Cemetery, Bairdsville at a later date.
