Marie A. Giberson

Marie Ann Giberson passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville. Born November 4, 1947 in Johnville, she was the daughter of the late George and Alberta (Denny) O’Donnell. She was also predeceased by 1 son, Lynden; 3 sisters, Pamela, Eleanor and Rose; 4 brothers, Gary, Joseph, Richard and Lowell.

Marie is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Ransford “Junior”; 5 children, Rockey Giberson (Jennifer), Bruce Giberson, Virginia Tompkins (Peter), Quentin Giberson (Dena) and Victoria Gowans (Jason); 12 grandchildren, Stephen Giberson (Rebecca), Brandon Giberson, Austin Giberson, Brodey Giberson, Nicholas Tompkins , Georgia Giberson, Natalie Olmstead (Nick), Eric Tompkins (Melanie), Donovan and Kishawna Pollard and Abigail and Madison Anderson; 7 sisters, Libby Cullins (Glendon), Bonnie O’Neill, Marylou Tompkins (Joe), Carolanne DeMerchant (Donnie), Kathie Steeves, Marjorie White and Germaine DeMerchant; 3 brothers, Noel O’Donnell (Celene), John O’Donnell (Denise) and Floyd O’Donnell as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Sunday, April 5, 2015 from 4-8 pm. A funeral service will be held, Monday, April 6, 2015 at 1:00 pm from the L.R. Giberson Funeral Chapel. Rev. Graham Perry will officiate.
