Valrea J. Grant

The death of Valrea Jean Grant of Perth Andover occurred on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Perth-Andover. Born January 11, 1935 in Tilley she was the daughter of the late Sam and Freda (Hanscom) McAllister and wife of the late Ralph Grant.

Valrea is survived by her 4 children, Darlene Isbell (Jerry), Esther O'Hern (Daniel), Jeremy Grant (Tannie) and Daniel Grant; 10 grandchildren, Shawna, Adrian, Clinton, Justin, Joel, Carina, Nicole, Stacy, Travis and Markus; 6 great grandchildren, Blake, Shelby, Micah, Ellie, Brodie and Braden; 2 sisters, Lynn McAllister and Paula Dunster (Barry); 1 brother, Leland McAllister (Lisa) as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be held from Calvary Tabernacle, Perth Andover on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 from 12:00 - 2:00 pm. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm. Rev. D.T. Ferrell will officiate. Interment will be in the Hillcrest cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations given from all American donor's be sent to Apostolic Bible Institute Scholarship Fund in memory of Valrea Grant, and all Canadian donor's be sent to Northeast Christian College Scholarship Fund in memory of Valrea Grant.
