Betty Nye

The death of Betty Lynn Nye of Glassville occurred on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at her home. Born January 10, 1950 in Perth, NB she was the daughter of the late Alex and Elsie (Foster) Gray. She was also predeceased by her step son, Dale Jr. and 1 sister, Carol Grant.

Betty worked for many years caring for seniors. She also enjoyed bingo, a good game of cards and a drive with Dale. Most of all she enjoyed having her family around her.
Betty is survived by her loving husband, Dale; 4 children, Roger Nye (Sharon), Toby Nye (Heidi), Clinton Nye (Lori) and Kelly Smith (Kevin); 7 grandchildren, Tara and David Smith, Brittany, Cole, Marrissa, Kylee and Kalib Nye; 2 great grandchildren, Sawyer and Slater Smith; 5 siblings, Donna Shepherd (Bob), Diane Dunster (Hank), Johnny Gray (Marlene), Tony Gray (Tina) and Shane Gray as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
