Fay (Derrah) Anderson

The death of Fay Violet (Derrah) Anderson, of Bath, occurred on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at the QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Born June 11, 1924 in Saskatoon, SK she was the daughter of the late John and Esther (Vance) Gilbert. She was also predeceased by her 2 husbands, Wallace Derrah in 1980 and Frank Anderson in 2010.

Fay is survived by her 3 children, Thelma Robins (David), Charlene Rott (David) and Mark Derrah (Terry); 6 grandchildren, Shane, Shauna, Chad, Chris, Amy and Lisa; 4 great grandchildren, Israel, Grace, Aliyah and Kai as well as several extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Friday, July 10, 2015 from 6-9 pm. The Florenceville Legion Branch # 37 will hold a tribute service Friday evening at 6:45 pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 1:00 pm from the Bristol Free Will Baptist Church. Rev. Oral McAffee will officiate.
