George P. Cullen

The death of George Peter Cullen of Johnville occurred on Monday, August 1, 2022 at his home. George was born December 27, 1947 in Bath and was the son of the late Peter and Frances (Kinney) Cullen. He was also predeceased by his siblings, Emery Cullen, John Cullen, Jeannie van Keule, Joe Cullen and Douglas Cullen; 2 nephews, Rens and Jody van Keule; 2 nieces, Joanne and Beth Ann Cullen; sister in law, Dawn Campbell and brothers in law, Ronnie Denny and Mac Campbell.

George is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Lois; 6 siblings, Theresa Denny, Jimmy Cullen (Eileen), Patricia Brennan (Eamonn), Dennis Cullen, Kevin Cullen (Kate) and Sandra Sopko (Jim); 3 brothers in law, Louis Campbell (Judy), Jackie Campbell (Erlene) and Larry van Keule; sister in law, Marla Cullen as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be held from St. John the Evangelist Church, Johnville on Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 5-8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 5, 2022 at 11:00 am from the church. Fr. Anthony Ekpe as celebrant. The interment will follow in the Johnville Cemetery. For those who wish donations made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. L.R.
