Marvin A. Donovan
1941-2023
The death of Marvin Ashburn Donovan of Woodstock occurred on Saturday,
June 17, 2023, at the Carleton Manor, Woodstock. Marvin was born July
16, 1941, in California Settlement and was the son of the late Guy and
Leola Donovan. He was also predeceased by all his siblings, Arthur,
Aubrey, Melvin, Anna, Janet, Norma, and Rachel.
Marvin is survived by his daughter, Lisa Christensen; stepsons, Greg Christensen (Trena) and Dwayne Christensen (Alma); granddaughter, Jamie Moreau (Jeff), Great grandchildren, Seth and Sage as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Respecting Marvin’s wishes there will be no formal services. A private interment will be held. For those who wish, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors are entrusted with the arrangements.
