Doris M. Burtt

The death of Doris Mae Burtt formerly of Tracey Mills occurred on Friday, October 31, 2025, at Carleton Manor, Woodstock at the age of 101 years. Doris was born April 3, 1924, in Kennedy Settlement, NB and was the daughter of the late Harry and Iva (Kennedy) Owens. Doris was also predeceased by her husband, Stanley; daughter-in-law, Wendy Burtt and 1 brother, Lynn Owens (Marjorie).

Doris is survived by her 2 loving sons, Darrell Burtt (Teresa) and Murray Burtt; 6 grandchildren, Troy Burtt (Kathy), Michelle McLean (Kevin), Lorie Browse(Jim), Tanya Lyon (Dean), Alicia Cullins, and Megan Cullins (Ryan); 13 great grandchildren, Candice, Cody, Cory, Sheldon, Devon, Danielle, Erika, Caelin, Jessica, Madison, Morgyn, Kayden and Kennedy; 7 great greatgrandchildren, Cameron, Nova, Chandler, Kynlee, Rylea, Wren, Sawyer; nephew, Peter Owen (Marion) and niece, Sherry Boucher (Johnny Ouelette).

Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 1-3 pm. A funeral service will follow at 3:30 pm from the chapel. Pastors Mae Mullen and Carl O’Donnell will officiate. The interment will be in the Tracey Mills Cemetery.
