The family of Pamela Joy MacLeod sadly announce her sudden passing on
Sunday, April 26, 2026 in Centreville, New Brunswick.
Pamela was born in Perth, New Brunswick, on January 24, 1950. Before the age of one, she moved with her parents to Southern Ontario, beginning a life marked by movement, independence, and a spirited sense of adventure. Pam was truly a mover and a shakersomeone who embraced change and opportunity with energy and determination.
She entered the workforce right out of high school and went on to build a successful career in sales, eventually finding her calling in real estate. A dedicated and driven professional, she spent many years as a real estate agent and proudly opened her own office in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Real Estate eventually took her to Toronto and onto Calgary.
Above all, Pam was a devoted and dedicated single mother to her son, Jason. She worked tirelessly to provide for him, support him, and guide him, always putting his needs at the forefront of her life. Her strength, resilience, and love shaped the bond they shared.
Pam had lived from coast to coast, experiencing much of what Canada had to offer. In her later years, she spent cherished time on Vancouver Island with her son and two granddaughters, as well as with dear friends in Calgary, before eventually returning to New Brunswick.
Pam was a dreamer and a believer, often embracing ideas that were as bold and unique as she was. Her heart was devoted to caring for her family and friends in the best ways she knew how. A hopeful romantic, she loved horses, cowboys, country music, and the western lifestylepassions that reflected her free spirit and adventurous soul.
Pamela is survived by her loving son Jason and her cherished granddaughters Safire and Yemaya of Duncan, BC. She was the oldest of her siblings Elizabeth (Bruce) of Owen Sound ON, John (Verna) of Centreville, NB, Audrey of Cambridge, ON, Wilson of Cambridge.
