Marilyn L. Lee

We are sad to announce the death of Marilyn Louise (Paterson) Lee which occurred on July 6, 2026 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville, NB surrounded by her family. Marilyn was born on June 4, 1953 to the late Alton and Helen (McDougall) Paterson in Perth, NB. Marilyn was also predeceased by her late husband Jack Lee; brother Donald Paterson; sister Charlotte Watson (Robert); grandson Hunter, brothers-in-law Alfred and Barry; sister-in-law Cathy, nephew Darren; and her niece Sandra.

Marilyn is survived by her sons Shawn Adams and Josh Adams (Karrie); stepchildren Deanna Lee and Adam Lee (Candace); grandchildren Hannah, Camden, Grayson, and Shawn; siblings Barbara Tompkins, Lois Matheson (Bernie), Joanne McQuade (Hubert), Darrell Paterson (Darlene), Audrey Hamilton (Dommie), Sandra Barber, Allison Paterson, Jackie Tompkins (Brian), Pam Till (Mike), and Tish Carter (Gary); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol, NB, on Friday, July 10, 2026 from 11:00am ~ 1:00pm. A funeral service will follow at 1:30pm from the L.R. Giberson Funeral Chapel, with an interment at the St. James Anglican Cemetery in Centreville, NB. Rev. Dan Smith will officiate. For those who wish, donations to the Royal Canadian Legion or the St. James Anglican Cemetery would be appreciated.
