Cindy L. Bushby

The death of Cynthia “Cindy” Lila Bushby of Good Corner occurred on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville with her family by her side. Cindy was born March 15, 1957, in Perth Andover and was the daughter of the late Samuel and Dora (Schriver) Elkins. She was also predeceased by her husband, Allan Bushby, brothers, Hugh Elkins, Don Elkins and Brent Elkins “Golden Child”, and 1 niece, Jennifer Elkins.

Cindy is survived by her 2 beloved daughters, Amy Bushby (Jerry Tomah) and Sara Bushby (Nicholas Everett); 3 grandchildren, Marissa, Bentley and Brysen; 1 sister, Brenda Elkins; 2 sisters-in-law, Valerie Elkins, Shawna Green (Alan); special nieces and nephews, Andrea Toner (Bill), Samantha Toner, Sam Elkins (Saphire), Conway Elkins (Stephanie), Chloe Petley (Alex), Kelsey Green and Joel Green; special friends, Cheryl & Walter Kelly.

Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville – Bristol on Thursday, July 16, 2026, from 4-6 pm. A private interment will be in the Good Corner Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial donations can be made to the Good Corner Cemetery or the River Valley Cancer Support Group would be appreciated.
